Introduction

The OddBytes Platform offers the ability to set a Total Budget on both Campaign and Creative levels. The Total Budget will be the total cost for a Campaign or Creative, no matter how long it is live for. Once the budget is hit, whether it's an hour or a day or a month, the Campaign or Creative will go offline and stop receiving traffic. A Campaign or Creative will only go back live if the Total Budget is increased or removed (set to Unlimited).

Setting a Total Budget is a great feature for offers which have set budgets, on a total or monthly level to avoid over-spending. For those that do not have overall budgets, but do require spend caps, setting a Daily Budget is suggested.

Notes:

  • If a Campaign or Creative reaches its Total Budget, the status icon will change to a blue circle with a check mark in it.

  • To be informed of when a Creative hits its Total Budget, please set up an alert using our Alert Subscriptions.
