Introduction
OddBytes will archive any Campaign/Creative/Keyword that was created more than 180 days ago and has not received an impression (Display or Lightbox) or click (Push Ad or Textlink). Once archived, the Campaign/Creative/Keyword will no longer appear in your normal account view.
OddBytes archives Campaigns, Creatives and/or Keywords to reduce database load, providing a faster OddBytes interface.
Restoring Archived Items
If you believe you have any archived items, please check within the account by following the below instructions:
On the left side nav bar, hover over 'Campaigns'.
Click on 'Restore Items'.
If items have been archived, they will be listed under the Campaigns, Creatives and/or Keywords tabs.
Once it has been determined that something has been archived and you would like it to be restored, please follow the below instructions:
Select the item(s) to restore by checking the box next to the line item(s).
Click 'Restore'.
Once restored, the item(s) can be found on the Manage Campaigns, Creatives or Keywords tabs.
