How To: Image Manager

Introduction

The Image Manager allows you to store all of your Push Ad and Textlink images in a central location, with the ability to access images from all accounts within your company.

Adding an Image to the Image Manager

  1. Select Campaigns on the left side navigation.

  2. Click on Image Manager for the tool to open.

  3. Click on the image type corresponding to the image being uploaded.

  4. Click 'Upload'.

  5. Select the image file(s) to be uploaded. If uploading more than one file at a time, the files all must match the specs for that specific image type. If an image does not match the image type, it will be ignored and not uploaded.

  6. All images successfully uploaded will appear for preview

Please note: The Image Manager can also be accessed while setting up or modifying an existing Creative. To access it, click 'Image Manager' on the Creative set up wizard or Edit Creative window. Follow steps #4-6 to upload the image(s).

Selecting an Image During the New Creative Set Up

  1. Perform your preferred steps to begin the Creative set up process.

  2. Once you are at the step to add in an image, click 'Image Manager'. The Image Manager will automatically filter for the image type and size specific to the Creative Type selected during Creative set up.

  3. Click on the image to be used for the Creative.

  4. Click 'Insert'.

  5. Complete all other necessary steps to finish the Creative set up process.

Modifying an Existing Creative's Image

  1. Click the pencil icon next the Creative to update its image.

  2. Click 'Edit' next to 'Creative Type'.

  3. Click 'Image Manager'. The Image Manager will automatically filter for the image type and size specific to the Creative Type selected during Creative set up.

  4. Click on the image to be used for the Creative.

  5. Click 'Insert'.

  6. Click 'Save & Close'.
