Introduction

The Invoice Generation tool gives advertisers the ability to generate invoices without the assistance of the Finance team.

To generate an invoice

  1. Open the navigation panel on the left side of the interface and select "Funding Activity" from the "Funding and Finance" section.

  2. Adjust the "Date Picker" so that the date(s) selected to match the date(s) for which an invoice will be generated.

  3. Click "Invoice" located next to the Date Picker in the upper right corner.

  4. An "Invoice Data Preview" overlay will appear to confirm all details for the Invoice to be generated.

    1. "Bill To:" - Default will be set to the contact details used on the Company level

      1. If there is different contact details for a user, the drop-down will become available to select the details to be used.

    2. "Preview" - Preview the fully generated Invoice for one final check to ensure details are correct before generation.

  5. Click "Generate Invoice" to generate the invoice.

    1. The invoice will be in a PDF file format.

Notes:

  • "Invoice Number" will be populated with an actual number at the time of generation.

  • "Quantity" is the number of transactions made during the "Billing Period", or during the timeframe entered in the "Date Picker".

To view Invoices previously generated

  1. Open the navigation panel on the left side of the interface and select "Funding Activity" from the "Funding and Finance" section.

  2. Click on the "Invoice" tab.
